Brain dead. Why invest the time and money??
Maybe they have gone on holidays, & plan a grand opening when they return?? great.
Great image here Richard, and is a prime example of how stupid our gov is at all levels.
just there for looks i guess.
Seems to be part of the republican housing plan. They want to build a few places to look like they are helping the housing shortage, but they in no way want any "poor" people to move into them. Republicans are all about helping the rich get richer and the poor should be able to fend for themself.
Very typical example of governments everywhere
Great image !
LOL What are they doing saving money? To funny yet, its not poor birdies.
That looks to be a hole in there Richard unless I'm missing something!!!
no comment!! Terrific capture
He, he! Perhaps the construction company went bankrupt and was closed by the authorities? .. ;o)
It's a secret surveillance camera disguised as a bird house. The government now knows that you're wandering around the local parks taking photos & has you on their terrorist watch list...
If memory serves me correctly ..That's a woodpeckers bird house....designed and created and installed to prevent the woodpeckers from destroying the actual tree it's pecking...At least that's what these are used as in our local state forest preserves.....But I can see how one would think this when seeing it and considering that government wastes so much needless money as it is... about as useless as a screen door on a submarine...lol...
crazy but great find !!
wonderful touch and splendid shot !
Thats funny great capture
Fun shot, but what a pity for the birds !
Great shot!!
