Description
In the clearing stands a boxer, and a fighter by his trade, and he carries the reminders of every blow that laid him down or cut him till he cried out, in his anger and his shame, I am leaving, I am leaving, but the fighter still remains.

Great stuff Syyd. I have been playing around with your technique but does look any where as good as yours.
Syyd, this is great... There is a fantastic depth to the character. A sadness and intelligence and a tinge of regret. It reminds me of the kind of high contrast printing I did for many years in the darkroom... You should do a tutorial. XXX..C
Very powerfull portrait Syyd... Much starker than your other 'Photographic' work.
I see you rendered this from your 'Max' texture Syyd. It shows great versitility. I concure with all above...BRAVO!!! I will have to get Michael now....
I agree with everything everyone else has said, Syyd. This is incredible work. Beautiful, painful, and soothing all at the same time. :O)
Great - he is so real - I am wondering how are You making this Sis? This is looking like a photo of a man who is having internal fight with his soul. He is asking himsef : What shall I do?.....Love Sis
Syyd...I,am running out of words to try and describe your work....another "GREAT" one...thanks
now, this is the max that was deep down inside you!
BRAVO, BRAVO, BRAVISSIMO. Syyd I am staying without a breath...!!!
You've once again taken your photo realism to a new high. The shadow and light play on this is perfect, and as Colm said the depth of character is fantastic. Tutorial please....
When I saw the title under the thumbnail, I immediately thought of the song, but somehow still managed to be surprised when I saw your quotation of the lyric...a great interpretation and a fantastic job.
Great Art Syyd!!
