You miss him so much Cheryl. A lovely thought. Is it a lemon scented geranium? The foliage is so pretty.

I've met a person or two in life many years ago that had Feb 29th as thier birthday - never thought it was a big deal.... as I got older, it sank in... and now I feel only special people are born on this day - it is a very special day.... so, did he celebarat his birthday for a split second at midnight at the end of feb 28th = march 1st?..... I could see if your Dad's bday was mine, as soon as it hit 12 o'clock, I said happy birthday to me as fast as I could on the years it wasn't leap year.... I hope he wasn't cheated on birthday gifts - he probably did better on the gift thing than the rest of us, because he didn't get his day and his friends hopefully made up for it. the only person I truely remember being born on this day was a girl that stayed with us when I was a kid... she was like 15-16... I was 13? she was a good looking girl - I was too you, and too shy... even though she was only two years older, she definately was a lot more mature than I was.... that was 35 years ago, I can picture her face, she was spanish, looked a lot like Michelle Rodriques... but I don't remember her name or exactly where she came from. oooooh, you just reminded me to make a cake - I hope you make your Pop a cake and eat it for him - I think that would be a good way to celebrate his real birthday. Thanks for sharing.
awww... my heart goes out to you... wonderful image & dedi!!! take care!!!
