Description
Please meet Glide Girl (as is the case with all comicbook characters, there comes a time when all the cool names are taken... I mean you run out of powers... super, ultra, hyper, ... or animals... bat, cat, wolverine,....you get the picture...)
So far Glide Girl's (and her brother Glide Guy) powers seem to be the ability for low speed flight...
anybody got some suggestions.. (and none of the standard heat/xray vision, invisibility..that sorta thang.)
she animates rather well, might do something in the near future.
I took the title from a song by The Kings (an 80's rock band) "The Beat Goes On/Switchin' to Glide"
and, unless you've made other plans... have a great day!
(oh, and Madbat... yeah, snowing here... happy now!)

Great concept, would be terrific to see an animation. (*enjoy the snow Colin)
Flying under the radar, yes!
wonderful work and image
Wish I could do that, always dreamt of flying, even on a wooden chair once ! As for all the the kool names taken, how about Gas-Glider-Grrrl and as she is doing her low speedy flight thingy, she could do Supa-Farts and take out entire Platoons ! Hmm...maybe not, but I'm sure you'll figure it out ! ~Cheers~
heard there where snow storms in canada.happy gliding. lol at jeff the supa farta gal.
Many have the dream to fly like her .... Nice work again. Thank you so much for sharing ((5 + +)) Beaucoup ont fait le rêve de voler comme elle....Joli travail encore . Merci beaucoup de partager ((5++))
Cool image, great pose and work Collin.
VERY COOL WORK
Har har, share teh pain I sez...it snowed here (14+ cm) and I threw out my spine...matter of fact, it pretty much coiled up to my neck. Gadzooks, the only thing I can think of is a sidekick...weedboy...go figure that one out!
Slippin' and a slidin' = rhymes with glidin' ! or she could very well hover around a bit, thinking along the lines of big Shopping Mall escalators - up and down - weee ... like a ghostly apparition, no? I am a bit useless at this, photography is what I'm into - just a bit more! Sorry that you finished the last series - I really liked it and I started to get right into the psyche (I will s/m back to you - but sooo much mail is waiting to be done, have to put you into a queue) BB
