I took this to a birthday party last Sunday and ate lot's of Filipino food.it was awesome
egg rolls,fried lumpia(spelled wrong),Leche Flan, Filipino style pineapple upside down cake.Filipino style barbecue among others

Great looking cake. I love Fillipino cuisine. We don't have a restaurant in our small town that serves it, but the hospital hired 9 nurses from the Phillipines to help cover nursing shortages. In sharing meals with them I have come to realize how much I enjoy their food.

Yummy!!!! This is so very sweet. :)))) I can't remember the last birthday cake I was given. I guess now that I am in my 40's my family doesn't think I need a cake.
