Description
This is a repost of one of my early posting that I was not happy with and dedicating this version, to my good friend Mario (Mariogiannecchini).
This is a nesting pair of spoonbills. They are about 32 inches (81cm) long with a wingspan of 50 inches (127cm). This is most likely a young pair for they start turning pink as they age. There is a leg band on the standing spoonbill but I found them in the open wetlands. Taken with my old Minolta. Do zoom to check out the details.
Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous favs and comments. They are very much appreciated.

FANTÁSTICA FOTO MARAVILHOSAS AVES,BELAS POSES.++++++++++5 FABULOSA DEDICATÓRIA AO MARIO
Fabulous foto of our fine feathered friends, Dana. They seem to have the same tendency as ducks and geese in turning their heads 180-degrees to insert their blls into their backsides.
Through 1000, Dana my dear, for this beautiful picture dedicated to me. I once found a pair of spoonbills in flight, simply wonderful. Image very beautiful and interesting. I sent you some pictures, but apparently not come to you, the mail does whims!
