From drought to floods. No happy medium. Dramatic shot.
A very over-spilled spillway it would seem.
not a place to stay there !! dramatic flood !!
Such an exercise in extremes. From crippling drought now to serious flooding. Wonderful capture of this powerful natural event.
Magnifica, impressionante fotografia meu amigo, aplausos (5)
Wow Richard, that really looks like a dangerous area to be near.
Oh' Oh? - Looks not good at all for the people who lives near by!
Beautiful shot of this raging torrent.
great scott what a great shot!
Dramatic shot!
Wow... what a sense of the power of nature....
I'm with Magnus on this, danger! Very intimidating water. I recall there was one big lake spillway near Lawton, OK that the fishermen would keep track of the releases so they could set up to "snag" the fish going through. That was very dangerous looking also and we stayed well back from the water. But I can't imagine any fishermen taking your ravaging water on~
Great shot.....love to listen to this type of water.
That's a lot of water! I hope there wasn't much damage!
Yes. This is the way to create. I.e. the way you create is perfect. 5+!
from one extreme to another - interesting capture

very impressive shot ! The danger was near of you Richard !
You guys are saving all this water for the summer right? ;D Excellent capture! :)
WOAH!!!
Very sad as éveinements of those. I like water but when it is in its place and not when it invades the land type ((5 + +)) Très triste des éveinements comme ceux là. J'aime bien l'eau mais quand elle est à sa place et non quand elle envahit les terres genre ((5++))
That's a lot of water coming over the spillway, well they say everything is bigger in Texas :-) Nice capture..
Hope no one hurt! Cool image
It looks as though you have had a lot of rain at your place. I hope you didn't get flooded.
Great capture!!!
