Another Trek image? Well yes. I'm not a big fan of creating Star Trek images. Don't get me wrong, I'm a really big fan, but Sometimes I feel like it's over done. Gene Roddenberry probablly never expected to create such a huge science Fiction icon as the USS Enterprise. The original design by Matt Jefferies has been emulated and reworked time and time again, but the same basic theme exists. A human run starship on a quest of interstellar exploration. A primarly hull, secondary hull, and two warp pods. You'd think something so simple would not have so many varied designs. But 44 years later, here we are still coming up with new revisions and love each one. SO I present to you a sceen from the Memory Alpha databank. "Variations on a Theme".
