Crawfish tail meat
Sweet yellow onions
Red bell-peppers
Cream of shrimp condensed soup
Garlic power and Black-pepper or Cayenne pepper
Over white rice
Cayenne Pepper doesn’t sit well in my stomach so I use Black Pepper instead.
