Description
... had gone, I discovered mushrooms of all sorts popping up, here and there ... I would have, never chanced it, to try and eat any of them - but what irresistible photography they make, quite delicious ;)
***
Our regular monsoonal rains came - they were as predicted and to be expected; usually at this time of the year! also very high humidity - let me tell you girls (also some guys) - it's natures best moisturizer aha ... you too can look 10 years younger! LOL
***
BTW I took some liberties and blended two of my pix, for the price of one.
Cheers Brigitte

Very striking image, and the border framing is quite appealing!
Beautiful BB just beautiful.
What a superb image! I love the delicate and gorgeous shell-like fungus and the border is marvellous.
Great image-I have never seen one of these before...There should be a gallery just for shrooms as there are so many different type's of them...
wonderful captured !! the drops looks like thousand diamonds too :)
And did it rain or wot ?...and it ain't quite finished yet ! Which is a good thing, more kool mushie pix...YAY ! Gotta say BB, I like the mix of moist photos and the slushie result...er, you know what I mean LOL ! ~Cheers~
A swinging mushroom, with a tutu, or a (dancing) petticoat. Such great pictures as presentation. And really this mushroom capture looks to me too, as a fantastic flower, or as a beautiful creature which lives in the see. Thanks for sharing, my dear friend :) ! It's GREAT!
Very cool work looks wonderful
I love it. 5+!
Amazing! A mushroom? Beautiful! Wonderful capture and work! As for, "you too can look 10 years younger", I am moving there,Brigitte!
Excellent capture and presentation!.
Beautiful shot. Looks to delicate to eat just to enjoy
I love the seemingly infinite variety of shapes & colors that mushrooms form & I've never seen one quite like this. Looks like a soft, delicate variation a clam shell. The inner picture is certainly fine enough to stand on it's own, but the framing picture is a nice touch...
very beautiful picture
Excellent use of an inset in this cool image, Brigitte. The fungi looks about as close to being a delicate flower as it can get without being a flower. Plus, I like the moisturized background. I hope you don't mind my copying your inset technique for future postings.
VERY COOL
Wow, it looks to be well worth having all the rain to find shrooms like this, well almost. This one looks so pretty with its frilly edges and lovely colours. I hope you dry out soon [well not you personally :)] and get back to your sunny summer. I think I would need to have many seasons of humidity before I would get a great result with the moisturizer. :) I like you have framed this capture with the other, excellent work.
Beautiful! That fungus is lovely, and I really like the combination, using one image to frame another. Nicely done!
Really interesting mushrooms and presentation. Well done!!
Beautiful! It seems like the fabric for a princess dress.
What a stunning and curious fungus! It seems to have been made from fine glass or crystal. The picture within picture is a master stroke.
very nice shot and presentation
Beautiful capture of very delicate and beautiful flower!! Love the framing!
Beautiful shot of the mushrooms. Excellent presentation and I love the dew drop frame.
on first glance, this mycota looked like that picture of Marilyn Monroe's dress flying up from the subway grate.... very cool and moisturized shot (I live in what's technically a desert... our annual rainfall is less than our evaporation rate.. and right now it's winter, and a chinook is blasting through... warm air from the Pacific flying over the mountains... so the groung is a mixture of melting snow and brown earth.) this shot gives me hope that and....mmmmmm.. mushrooms, pan fried with butter....mmmm hungry!
I do not know what I like better. The twigs with the drops or the breathe of the fluttering mushroom after the rain. Xcellent finishing!
Beautifully captured Brigitte!
Wow what a big mushroom, awesome characteristics. Resembles a seashell. Fantastic presentation.
beautiful done, great clarity in this!
Fine captures and mix, Brigitte!! :o)
