so is your art taking stock photos and creating these images with them? You're the first artist here with that style - I like it... I've seen lots of album art that looks like his style... and the kite flying is a perfect feel for these clouds you painted in.... I joke around alot, so don't take me too serious or I'll have to take your kite away - lol... thanks for the dedi, fantastic picture, It makes me think of Tom Petty... but I haven't figured out why, he must have an album that my subconscience is picking up - I haven't played any of my Tom Petty cds in months, so that is why I'm drawing a blank - it'll dawn on me later.

Excellent work as always. I love the joy in this one, and I think we can all remember flying a kite at some point. I know I flew a kite but the memory is so hazy and hard to hold on too. I would like to think that you art for a moment brought back that innocent childhood joy of watching the magic of making something fly. Mikeerson was wrong however about you being the first artist. There was another very popular artist here that did the same thing you do. her user name was NekhbetSun. looks like she disappeared in 2009. Take a look at her work. She was different in that her perspective was close up was your is far, but use both used stock photos and then put affects on them. I do not know what happened too her. I know some very good artist here have disappeared as the now earn a living off there art. She maybe one of them. Thank you for this one. I like the wide open feeling of a country life you have there. You might want to try an urban environment sometime.
