Wow hon this is fantastic love the closeup job on this and i wish we could save all the animals in this world which has become an important part of our lives.
very beautiful animal and capture.it is a shame that they have been killed and die from loss of habitat

beau portrait
Rather more attractive than some men. Superb.
Lovely portrait- Lovely face
Superb! I am very glad about this one. Thanks. 5+!
Wonderful capture and motif. Beautiful but sad portraying. I heard there is only 700 left in the world. The main problem for the gorillas is... That humans are the last link in the food chain. Humans have no natural enemies, except for themselves. So they will destroy the gorillas first, then the planet earth, and the human race is next. #:o) This portrait is a good enviromental reminder.
superb creature..........have always asked myself if we'd like to be in a prison and they our wardens...........
Such a pity that Humans one again is destroying such beauty my friend. Stunning capture. God Bless.
Great portrait, almost hypnotic
cool. saw on on tv where he ran away from some elephant. when the elephants left the water hole he came back with the whole family of silver backs too
''Silverback Gorillas share 98% of their DNA with us. At last count there were less than 800 of these magnificent creatures left in the wild.'' FIRST, WONDERFUL photowork!! .... Second, 'they' MISSED the 2% DUMB gene we 'humans' seemed to have received? .... WINK?
You only have to look into their eyes just once, and it will change you forever!
thats us, a few more years ago than i can count, superb portrait
