This is an enhanced version of my "Essence of Evil" image posted late in 2001, which was used by Warner Brothers in thier TV series "Smallville". You can still see that here on my gallery, and I will contemplate making that available for print, here, also.
Basically, this piece is a result of importing the first image into Strata as a 3D mesh and tilting it back about 20 deg. (along the x axis) in the 3D environment; then placing another copy of that same image on a flat plane object along the Y axis (not a mesh object).
Finally, I intersected the two objects, making sure that the image and the mesh aligned content wise, forming the appropriate distortions.
After rendering, a conversion of the image to BW with some small touch ups was all that was left to do, then add a frame and optimize.
I think it further expresses the nefarious nature of my original image.

LCGuy - Your "Essence of Evil II" is not only a perfect onomatology - it truly oozes with the agitation of something sinister and truly wicked. Although I'm not a fan of the more macabre, I am definitively a lover of great and wondrous art rendered by skilled artisans - and this marvelous piece of work is brilliantly conceived, constructed and brought to life by your keen abilities. It does put me in mind of Geiger - but yet it's entirely differentiated from his more explicit erotica of presentation. It is so refreshing to see such creative work in this forum and I am delighted with this work of perfection.
For a static image, I amazed at how your presentation of the model makes it almost undulate and flow across the screen. This is remarkably well done and the subject matter is so well done that I'm very much absorbed and drawn in by it. Wonderful work.
I have caught myself looking at this image for some time now. Very intense, so many lines that take me to the next. Outstanding. I also work in strata and it is fantastic to see a strata user develop this fantastic image. Thank you for sharing.

Being an RL witch...I am of course drawn to this type of image..which is a bit like the works of my favorite artist.Bacon...and it reminds me a bit of the Scream..by Munch...very well done and I can see you have put a good deal of work into this..a great image..superior work...
