Description
this is taken from the other end of the boardwalk after I got off work today. as you can see, the water has gone done just a touch in 3 hours...but I'm not holding my breath to see it drop any further.

Excellent documental photography Mike.....!!!!
Nice photo, particularily with the tree reflected. You could bike across, but that would splash your pants. Walking the edge and leading the bike, OK, IF you have good balance and the edge is wide and not slippery. However, the whole construction seems rather narrow. But, that reflection parallel with the edges is a beauty. PS- thanks for comments on my postings.
Cool display of the walking area.
It's just starting to taper of here a bit, but is said to return for a few more days. No fun having that spray up on your back while riding and I bet that wood planking is slick in rain boots!
If it went down that much in 3 hours, then maybe in a day or so the bridge will be usable again. Unless you get more rain again
Ooooppppps! Well you could say Bugger! thats done it! Long way around from now on then mate.. Just goes to show! Rob
Impressionante, excelente meu amigo, aplausos (5)
Very wet feet, or bike tyres...
I didn't actually think it would go under, great shot!
That's a lot of water.
Beautiful capture , Mike !
lol...ride the rails !!!!
Hipwaders me thinks might help. Wow the water is high.
Very nice capture!!!!
Great watery capture
INTERESTING FLOODED FORD
Looks like it's dropped just a bit - nice capture, Mike! Looks like all the alternate modes of transportation have been covered - except possibly a pogo stick..... But I think caution is the best policy here! :-D
Another great reflection shot my friend. Did you peddle across - it didn't look that deep.
Fine documentation Mike. This really reminds me why I couldn't wait to leave there, just a little too much rain!
Great reflective shot Mike!!
the fool in me would have tried to balance on the raised side boards and pushed the bike through that way... the fool in me would have lost his balance and gotten wet... you're no fool!
Fab reflections of the trees in the water. Did ya ride through it? Got those high hip wader boots???
I coulod ride my tricycle through that
Looks like the water crossing part of the race course now.
