Description
Seated Woman, Kröller Müller Museum
The Kröller Müller Museum is located in the largest (still small) national park we have in the Netherlands.
It is an unique museum with a very important collection of modern art.
The most interesting part for me is the garden with sculptures, one of the largest collection exposed outdoor in Europe.
In the open air pavilion of Aldo van Eyck, (rebuild 2005/2006) there is a beautiful sculpture of a “Zittende Vrouw” (= Seated Woman) by Han Wezelaar from 1954.
Photo taken earlier this week, on a beautiful morning. The fog just disappeared, however it was still possible to take a photo with the sunlight in front of me.
Thanks for viewing, and your lovely words on my yesterdays posting, a special thanks for those who earmarked the image as favorite; comments are always welcome.
Have a very nice day
Henk
