Description
... a line with a lot of weight!
Thank you so much for all your good wishes for the New Year and of course my new love for Mara. It's so nice to have a goal and go through life together. Even if a few stones out of the way must be vacated.
... but also a line for the world!
What brings 2012? Is it the end of the world or everything starts from the front again? I'm for the latter ... makes you just imagine - every year we need a new calendar! Which goes under the world not? And so it think the Maya - we just start from scratch to count - and it will be a wonderful new cycle!
My thanks also for your lovely comments! It's nice to be back in the gallery. Also a small new beginning!

Superb character and outfit, excellent bright sunlight for the Mayan Empire, well done!
We all hope 2012 will be fine, with love...superb image with the Maya wheel and the luminous colors!
Very beauty!!!!
Fantastic work-I love the way she look's startled/worried. Maybe she think's the world will end this year? The world is not ending for you 2012 - It is only just beginning
first time I've seen the mayan callendar this year... I suppose I will see it alot. first time I saw it, My Aunt had it as a coin... she told me it predicted things and it was right and the world was suppose to come to some type of an end in 2012.... what kind of end? I want them to say poluting cars are illegal after 2012 = no more polution - lol... I'd also love it if some aliens showed up and told our governments we need to be paid better with less work, paid vacations to go anywhere - lol ....thanks for posting the calendar.... is that a 3d prop? - if so, ya remember where ya got it?
Beautiful work Torsten, also the message you send. I'am thinking too: everything starts from the front again. One thing is clear: You made a wonderful start . Thanks for sharing your artwork. Frans
Jepp, ein neuer Anfang ist immer wieder gut. Ein wunderschönes Werk hast du da geschaffen!
Rita had the right idea: we are now getting ready to go into the rinse cycle... Great work
hugs brother, keep on making pics,,
cool mayan style object, and wonderful work Torsten, we will not perish acording to those guys, i think the mayan's that knew how to do the calander died off and no one else knew what the hell to do
Wonderful work!!
Awesome image...fantastic work!!!
Great image Torsten! I love the calendar...but most the girl, of course :) Nobody has noticed that if the Mayas could predict the future would not have made a calendar that would not be able to use because they'd be extinct. I told this before to Blondeblur: they ran out of stone, or the artist got a girlfriend and forgot all about the calendar.LOL
Love it totally awesome!~
Wonderful scene, lighting and message.
You know, it's nothing personal, but I'm really sick and friggin tired of the whole Mayan 2012 end of the world thing. It got old a long time ago. Sadly, that dead cow is likely to be milked for way more than it's worth for another 360 days(rolling eyes).
so true ...but beautiful done your scene!!... aber eines ist auch wichtig das 'hier und jetzt'
Fantastic work! Im happy that you are back with your art =)
Wonderful scene, well done!
The Alpha and the Omega, well done bro.gruss.

Super Charakter, Outfit und Idee. Ein wunderbares Bild.
Top Banana mate! - here's to you and Mara! The 2012 thing is a load of bollocks! (that's not a swear word as I have said quite often before) ;)
Diese Grafik ist mal wieder sehr schön geworden lieber Oppa - Bravo!
The earth and nature is deteriorating at full power my friend. There have been cataclysms in the past 20 years Paravant but this surpasses understanding as. I hope thatwe don't have to go on boat in the streets?
