What a piece of interesting work! I love the concept and the idea that you've captured a squirrel doing something other than scampering. They're so good at that, and as a result, one is often relegated to capturing squirrel-shaped blurs; that in and of itself can be interesting. Sometimes. But it's so much better to see a squirrel posing and being cute. They know that they're cute, which is why we allow them to get away with so much...well...that's my theory. Brilliant concept here too. I love the nuts in the clock shell, and the patient, glamorous squirrel just standing there with those impressive ear tufts. This is a fantastic piece of work! I hope that 2012 proves to be a fantastic year for you.

Aside from being funny (as your images so often are), in this I see the hope that the coming year will be better than the last one. I imagine that at twelve that alarm clock bursts open and the squirrel will get all the goodies now locked inside. Well I certainly hope that will come true for all of us.
