Description
Red-winged Blackbirds: Agelaius phoeneceus.
Yellow-headed Blackbirds: Xanthocephalus xanthocephalus.
I would estimate there were about 50 blackbirds in the dead tree. They were mostly yellow-headed, and some would come and chase others off. It was fun to watch. They usually perch high on dead trees or wires late in the day, and the sun brings out their yellow color. Found at Sweetwater Wetlands, southern Arizona, USA.

So nice to get so many into one shot, and with several showing full wing extension as well...great shot! And your exposure was set up ahead of time as well, so we don't see a bunch of silhouettes!
Fantastic photo my friend....!!!
