Description

The Hawker Tempest...powerful and no nonsense...and it had that look and aura about it...little elegance, but I imagine that when you climbed into the cockpit, you had no doubt that you were going to work. Hawker Tempest by Bazze..very nice model, but, he is masterfully deft at the textures that put the model in a whole new realm. Poser, Vue 6 Inf, and PS Cs3

Yes, he is The Man when it comes to aviation models. I have many of his models and they are all superb. This one looks great! You`ve done a great job of rendering this. I can almost hear the roar of the engine and smell the oil. Bravo!

much like the Hurricane, bubba; a fine workhorse overshadowed by the Spitfire.... fine work!

Another stunning image mate....as we all agree "Bazze is the man", brilliant models but they have to be used right and for that, you're hard to beat.....

A simple but stunning image Bill. Always thought these were very aggresive looking aircraft build for a job that they did superbly.

Thanks for all your comments, and I have a correction to make. The Typhoon, the Tempest's predecessor sported the three blade prop. The Tempest strutted around impressing all the babes with four blades. The outward appearance would not be too apparent in this render except for the way the rudder plane is faired into the fuselage. The Typhoon was abrupt and the Tempest is arc'd. The major outward difference is the wing. The Tempest's performance was enhanced with a thinner wing with a reduced area and rounded tip. The wing guns and landing lights are also markedly different on the Tempest. This is not to fault Bazze's offering. The folder did contain the four blade and blur, I didn't notice it. So, in closing, think of this as a Typhoon with a precocious rudder assembly.
