excellent shot and so cute too. nice timing to take this! They are usually hard to capture the photoshot as they move a lot.
I love the POV here, Susanne, as also the look in his eye which is very strong. It's a lovely pose by catching the last sun. Have fun on your dad's party :)

Advent ;-)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to your dad. :))))) Don't party too much or eat too much cake. LOL!!!! This is a most beautiful image of the dove in the sunlite. :))))) Most excellent capture my friend. :))))) Thank you for sharing all of the beauty you see. :)))))) Carry A Smile In Your Heart :))))
A super capture and haven't the tiles come out with a great effect too.
beautiful, love the colors and lighting excellent work
Enjoying the last rays of warmth, before nightfall - what a sharp Eagle-eye look on this pigeons face! the roof tiles looking also amazing, Susanne great catch of the day BB
Uber super lighting in this remarkable capture, Susanne. The pigeon looks most regal as it surveys the scene. And I don't celebrate or observe Advent.
excellent capture my friend :)
I often eat at a taco-bell and watch the pigeons that roost on three large signs while I am eating.they are so comical in their behavior nice shot of this lone bird
