collecting the wheat... on a 'normal' antique wagon with a rack added was at a demo from 'working horse foundation Zeeland' on our island late august http://www.trekpaarden.nl/tp/ (more pics there... 'foto' is dutch for 'photo' ;-D) (Nora & Prins were 'performing' too) 'shot' in 3D with Fujifilm W3

what a beautiful pair of noble beasts. When my late Dad was a boy he grew up on a farm that supported 20 Shire horses. His memories of Spring involved all the horses being let out of their winter Quarters and celebrating by rolling on their backs and kicking there legs in the air just for the sheer joy of having the sun on their backs, happy days indeed.
