Oggi il viaggio di ritorno a casa in mezzo a una fitta nebbia per 2/3 del percorso . Meno male che la giornata era bella e il sole , sopra la nebbia manteneva un livello accettabile di visibilità ( ogni tanto affiorava un disco bianco , ma non riusciva a penetrare e mostrarsi in tutto il suo splendore ).Siamo partiti oggi ( in anticipo ) per evitare il grande movimento di camions in questa zona , abbastanza pericoloso con la nebbia . Il viaggio si è svolto in modo molto regolare ( ma non vorrei assolutamente trovarmi in quei posti a notte , in quelle condizioni !!! )
Today's trip back home in the midst of a dense fog for 2 / 3 of the way. Luckily the weather was beautiful and the sun above the fog kept an acceptable level of visibility (occasionally emerged a white disk, but could not penetrate and reveal Himself in all its glory). We started today (in advance) for avoid the great movement of trucks in this area, Quite dangerous with the fog. The journey took place in a very regular (but I would definitely be in those places at night, in those conditions!)
In questi giorni sono rimasto indietro coi commenti , ho dedicato buona parte del tempo alla famiglia e nei momenti possibili la connessione moblie era molto lenta e i miei occhi facevano fatica a rimanere aperti :Da domani si riprende il ritmo con un bel po’ di idee da sviluppare.

La foto di stasera ci mostra uno scorcio del lago di Idro al mio arrivo , prima che il sole illuminasse tutta la scena . Naturalmente le foto comprendono solo una parte del lago che si estende per 12 km , ma non c’era il tempo per vedere il resto ( provvederò al prossimo viaggio ). Le parti bianche in alto sono spazi ricoperti da ghiaccio , il freddo è qui già molto intenso.
The picture shows us a glimpse tonight of Idro lake when I arrived, before the sun illuminated the whole scene. Of course, the photos include only part of the lake that stretches for 12 km, but there was no time to see the rest (will provide for next trip). The white parts are the top areas covered by ice, the cold is here already very intense.

So many things I love about this! The colors, the warm orange and gold against the cool blues and grays and the way they glow in the soft light. I love the details of the patterns of the hedges on the hillside, the lines of shadows on the bank, and the branches in the foreground. I love the atmosphere, of rising fog, soft light, and crystal water. I love the deep blue of the water in the corner, that lightens and then gives way to the glory of the trees reflections. I love the backdrop of the hills, which seem to gently sleep in the shadows. This is gorgeous.
