Wow! I really need to try to change the setting on my body clock. I am not a morning person, but this surely makes it tempting. I could just stare at this forever. It's probably a good thing that sunrises and sunsets are fleeting or some of us might get rooted to one spot. Where to start? I love the layered sky. The back layer of soft luminous blue, peach, and shades of white. The clouds forming another layer that moves across the sky toward the viewer, and the sun just punching through them both in brilliant jubilation. I like the darkness of the foreground and the reflected light on the pavement, that makes me think of the sun's light slowly awakening a landscape. I see the beauty of a frozen moment and the beauty of the motion of time and of the heavens. This is gorgeous! Thanks for sharing this magical morning with us.
