Description
This is the last of this raptor Golden October series, and will follow with some wild birds in similar light.. As promised this is the Gyr/Lanner hybrid one of my favourite birds at IBOP Newent I think the black and white pattern allows some excellent focus with my 1D series camera's..
I have been a member here for nearly 9 years and am considering making this my last year, as I feel it has come to a natural end, I am sure by now you are all fed up with so many birds.. And maybe I should move on to other things, and I find it difficult to spend so much time with my Wife's ill health..

An incredibly framed and captured image of such a beautiful and delicate animal! I love the way you have him perched like that, as though he's ready, mind made up, to take flight off into the wilderness! Exquisite lighting and colours! In response to your last comment, I do understand what you are saying.... things change, people come and go... but as for me, I just take it as it comes. I think that's the only thing one can do. Your skill is a marvellous one, and I don't think you should give up, by any sense of the word.
Incredibly beautiful!
A beautiful gallery and series. One especially missed. Thanks for your recent comments and warm welcome back!
Another splendid image
