Description

bubo bubo aka European eagle owl or Europese oehoe in dutch largest owl on the planet approx. 65 cm tall wings can span about 1.65 meters in width fiddled a bit, cuz the last cm at the bottom was taken from a simular pic (and 'just' pasted underneath) to make it just a little bit 'taller'. but liked the eyes 'here' better. i.e. didn't like the eyes at all -speaking of...-! what eyes?!! ;-) love, love, .... the eyes of an oehoe, but obv. wasn't interesting enough?!! ;-D -and unfortunally didn't have time to wait!- love those tufted ears! An astonishing looking owl! Never seen one quite with this expression, and so up close and personal! Excellent and captivating image! I love how the light reflects off his eyes, casting an almost-magical glow!

Oh WOW! Wat kan die gemeen kijken :D Het is een super-pic, Angora(Ine?)! (p.s. Ik heb deze uil(-ensoort) ooit eens geschilderd (olieverf) en ben gek op dat schilderij, zo stoer.)
