Description
The fountain and steps at Bristol University. The gorilla that I posted yesterday was just to the left of this shot.
I was blown away, again, by the age of buildings there. South Africa was colonised in 1652 - very odd to see structures older than our country!

Wow. Everything here implies grand and important doin's! I know how you feel about the age of things. Seattle's first white settlers arrived in 1851, and the town burned in 1889. Everything everywhere is older than us! LOL!

Ahh the Victoria rooms - I know them well. The fountains are great when it's hot. Nice photo too
