Well seeing this guy by the trash can the was covered in bird poop made me laugh. The bird just stood there as other bird came and did there business like he was guarding the place haha.

Birds--of any sort--have such a wonderful way of putting human existence into perspective. Nothing (and no one) is immune to bird business! And the quirky thing is, they're so elegant while doing it! It's not surprising then, that you'd spot an elegant pelican doing the elegant pelican thing while standing watch for whatever elegant pelicans stand watch for. I love your choice of black and white. It gives this shot a nicely timeless quality. Really great work.
