Description
I've been watching some medieval/fantasy stuff (Game of Thrones) on TV, and got a little inspired to use a castle from C3D which I've had for a while, so I started doodling.
Being just a doodle, it was supposed to be a quick setup, but apparently I can't make anything simple :) Because then I got the idea to make a procession of knights etc. approaching the castle. It's NOT easy to make a procession with an ecosystem :) No super quality or anything here, but anyway...
*NOTE* Those of you following my medieval series, will have to wait. Last version crashed big time, and the scene file is corrupted. Also, I'm a bit fed up with it. Maybe I'll get back to it :)
Thanks for viewing, comments etc. always welcome and appreciated.
Have a nice day

Very cool! Wish the render was a little larger though. Awesome work!
Great work on the procession. The detailing in the textures is not lost. Very cool!! Superb atmosphere.
i love the light on this. the procession may have been difficult, but the results are great. this has a somewhat melancholy feeling due to the sunset and the knights returning home. great stuff! and though i know it's been a long time since you posted this, i'm sorry to hear you lost work.
A superlative render. I love the composition, the lighting, the poses, the terrains and textures, well, just about everything!! Including the free castle.
Absolutely wonderful! Love how the procession turned out! And cannot wait for the second season of Game of Thrones!
Very good atmo. Once again, the details makes this picture a pleasure to look at. The castle is very nice.
Wonderful atmospherics that lend a real sense of depth to the composition. The scene is beautifully constructed and thoughtfully composed.
