Excellent photo and great atmosphere! 5 Stars! Molto bello... ed è vero. Nell'Ottocento lo stile medievale tornò di moda. Anche qui in Toscana abbiamo alcuni edifici simili, a volte costruiti su palazzi più antichi. Per esempio questo (Palazzo Medici a Pisa): http://static.panoramio.com/photos/original/41238656.jpg http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palazzo_Medici_(Pisa) Ha una storia interessante. In origine era formato da un gruppo di case torri medievali, nel cinque-seicento fu ristrutturato in stile rinascimentale fiorentino, ma intorno al 1870 fu di nuovo reso medievaleggiante (usando parte delle pietre originali e aggiungendo nuove trifore e la torretta merlata).
