Character profile for my original character, Oversight, a living holographic super-hero and security guard for another o.c., P.R. Nova. Being a creation of P.R. Nova within Novatek Industries, which is located in Tampa, FL, that is his natural place of origin. Of course, one could argue that his true place of origin is the realm of cyberspace within some computer somewhere within the facility, or from the holoprojectors that give him form, but if you want an actual physical place where all that is located, well, that's it. He came into being at N/I in Tampa, so that's his birthplace and his hometown.
