Description

De-forestation 101... First get an Eco-friendly planet, then a flying Eco-unfriendly Scorpion vehicle, some Napalm laced rockets and...TA DA...no more forest...well almost, maybe on the next pass, just like in Avatar ! I've had mega render test times in Poser Pro and Vue, with the final one taking 25 1/2 hours to render, so much for a Quad core...dang ! Cheers jif3d :o)

Yeah, a little Agent Orange thrown for good measure just to make sure Nothing Lives...for long. I was in on a deforestation project in SE Asia way back, not a good thing. Super work Jeff, render times like that are why I don't do so much MoJo anymore, been spoiled by the super fast raytrace renders of MB3D. Peace

Thats some rendering time you had there my friend, but this scene looks really amazing. Who needs all those trees and stuff, if we need oxygen we can buy it in cans.

It would probably take less time to destroy, what's left of the world with Napalm - then rendering everything back to normal again ... ;-( but let's not dwell on the would-should-could have in the perfect world! This is another masterpiece, great lighting, textures etc. and major scenery set-up, gotta love the way the water separates from the downward draught of the Scorpion in flight, brill! ;-) BB

Wow, the action here is palpable and what a mean machine, our poor world doesn't stand a chance with this one. Fabulous work with all the effects and lighting and the water looks amazing. No wonder this takes so long to render, but it is so worth it, so long as you can keep up with the power bills. Thank you for sharing this outstanding image.

Sweet render dude! Gotta figure with that combo of water, refraction and FX it will take a long time to render even on a Quad Core! The results are certainly worth it!

most excellent work i agree. but dont ever expect me to wait and let render that long. i know i might never be able to achieve realistic works but then comes the question do i want that??i think art is such a wide field that there is space for everyone each with his specific line of creating. my respect for this work man no doubt.
