Description
Walled Garden at Maclay Gardens
This is the cameo on the far wall from the picture I posted last Monday. It took a while to find it in my folders, but I knew I had a close up of it. This was taken back in Jan. of 2010 another time I was there.
Hope you all enjoy and please zoom.
Thanks for the comments.

Marvelous capture of this plaque
Very nice shot of this cameo Kim!
It bears a striking resemblance to the tondi of Andrea della Robbia (c. 1490.) that are located on each column of the Spedale degli Innocenti, building built in Florence in the fifteenth century by Filippo Brunelleschi. http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Spedale_degli_innocenti,_tondo_andrea_della_robbia_12-13.JPG Excellent capture and lovely dedi! :)
