Description
This is a photo taken at Limon, which is the largest city on the Caribbean Coast in Costa Rica. They were affected by a huge earthquake about 20 years ago. It was so strong (over 7 on the scale) that the seafloor raised several feet. The building on the right is one that never recovered.
