Description
Just finished re-reading the first book of the Barsoom series by Edgar Rice Burroughs. I saw the trailer for John Carter coming out next year. I really hope Disney doesn't screw this up. Along with Lord of the rings, this is a story I have waited a long time to see done as a feature movie.
Thanks for looking. Have a good one,

Excellent!!!!!
Outstanding work
Fantastic Image I love it!
wonderful!!!!
Excellent
Superb scene !!
Deja Thoris I presume? Nice render! That atmo can be tough on Poser figures, but you did a great job on this. Ah yes, I have many fond memories of Barsoom and John's adventures there. I agree with you about the movie. However, considering Hollywood's past record, I have low expectations to go along with the high hopes.
Great image!!!
Great fantasy image, I don't think Disney's characters will look quite so sexy though.
I agree... I've been waiting my entire adolescent life to see Dejah Thoris in real life. Somehow, I never though of Disney when I pictured her. "And the sight which met my eyes was that of a slender, girlish figure, similar in every detail to the earthly women of my past life... Her face was oval and beautiful in the extreme, her every feature was finely chiseled and exquisite, her eyes large and lustrous and her head surmounted by a mass of coal black, waving hair, caught loosely into a strange yet becoming coiffure. Her skin was of a light reddish copper color, against which the crimson glow of her cheeks and the ruby of her beautifully molded lips shone with a strangely enhancing effect. She was as destitute of clothes as the green Martians who accompanied her; indeed, save for her highly wrought ornaments she was entirely naked, nor could any apparel have enhanced the beauty of her perfect and symmetrical figure." -- Edgar Rice Burrows
Fantastic Dejah there! Yep, I have high hopes for this movie too.
Absolutly awesome! Wonderful work!

Fantastic work, Rob! Talk about screw-up though, did you see the Warlord of Mars movie a few years ago...Tracy Lords as Deja Thoris!! Yeesh!
Fantastic render as always. It is Disney...
