Introducing, Hope, the smartest and perhaps deadliest of the C.A.R.E.-Givers. Hope is the team’s computer specialist and is also a very good markswoman who rivals Joy in who is the best shot. She specializes in her rifle however, whereas Joy, prefers her dual pistols. Hop is also the Navy representative of the group, and she doesn’t seem to have any particular racial heritage other than being just another average White/Caucasian. However, judging by her hair and eye color, and her last name of Buchanan, she most likely has some Scottish and/or Irish heritage. Cross-referencing this with areas of the U.S. that also have a large Naval presence, we can guesstimate that she is probably from Virginia or somewhere close to there within that area of the United States. This also tracks with her love of rifle-shooting, as she may have grown up in an area where hunting is popular as well. As far as the computer skills go, that doesn’t have much relevance, but if she is indeed from the area of the country where the nation’s capitol is that could have also been an influence on her to get into computers and hacking and whatnot with all of the government agencies and tech companies working on various contracts being so prevalent.
