At first glance, I thought it was a broken window pane - but at closer inspection - it's the Security grills in front ... Spectacular wall! - with all those different textures, and the only good choice for colour - was B&W, thought provoking and haunting image, BB

Ich habe 3x deine gallery angesehen und bleibe jedes Mal an diesem Bild hängen. Und ich entdecke immer was neues. Jetzt sehe ich ein Frauengesicht. Die Fenster - sind die Augen, die untere Rundung vom Gitter - die Nase und die abgeplatzte Stelle unter dem Fenster, wo das Mauerwerk sichtbar wird - der Mund. Das Bild ist einfach schlicht und schön! Der besondere Reiz des Verfalls.

Very cool Evinrude. Yep I know your name is Aaron but Evinrude brings back such interesting memories of when I was first on here way back in 2003 and your comments were gigantically thought provoking... And still are:) I have antiques in my house that are cracked chipped scuffed and scratched and sometimes broken cooly enough to be on display but happily saved from someone's trash bin. Just Like your photo.... flawed by time makes them all the more beautiful:)
