AGO
INVITATION! For your consideration, we have selected one of three finalists (code names Humpty Dumpty, Tweedledum and Tweedldee) from doarte’s MADHOUSE Art Academy’s SENIOR CLASS CREATION CONTEST.
The rules were simple. Forget your Star Gate Technicolor TV screens and go back through Lewis Carroll’s LOOKING GLASS to a time when Alice was no longer a teen but a woman weary of climbing in and out of rabbit holes.
So here you are! No WHITE RABBIT, just a stuffed bunny dangling from a purse. And what would a black and white PUNK AGE picture be without the mystical psychosis of marvelous magical mushrooms?
We’ve no idea how Carroll would have handled “Alice The Adult”. But we’re quite sure - - after munching on those mushrooms - - Our Alice would be off for outer space adventures in some wonderfully wicked other WONDER WORLD.

Love your version of Alice the adult. Wonderful presentation and imagination. Really creative story telling too. Lovely art!
FANTASTIC ARTWORK, SPLENDID PALETTE
this is brilliant friend...we can always count on you to think outside the square very clever indeed
In the style that is so prolifically yours, here is another, to my mind, masterpiece. Alice as an adult is a giggly ditty. Such fantastic work. A pleasure to view.
Alice as an Adult would be an Adult movie - you want a rabbit? sorry, the Rabbit died - lol ...excellent picture, love your stuff and for the first time, I think I understood what you were talking about - wow - LOL
Exellent work!!
Wonderful image..love her outfit and pose!!
Excellent work and great detail ever consider American McGee?
ME GUSTA.
Munch them shrooms and it won't be Greyscale anymore. Excellent image Doc, lots of little details and FX to capture the imagination. Peace
very cool
I'm thinking Alice the Adult would have built a shed over the hole and moved out of the commune...perhaps to get an education in advertising.
Have to say only the MADHOUSE could add such a cool twist to the classic tale. After this you are going to have everyone screaming for the further adventures of Alice the adult
