Description
This guy was right out in my front yard and had grabbed one of my little birds and they seem to hang around a lot cause when i have the feeders out they know it is an easy grab so sometimes i have to go out and take a broom to them so now i do keep a close eye out cause of my small dogs.

I hate to see this too, but he has to eat. At least they don't kill just for the sport of it. Nice shot.
