Description
Whenever I get suggestions, I try to take them to heart. The wizened old wizard is just
too cliche. So, I kept him young and changed the color of his hair. I, then, tried to
smudge it in PhotoImpact. Now you know why I don't do post work on my renders. Egads!
I, also, made the dragons wings somewhat translucent. This was due
to a comment on Nathalie's beautiful render (http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=219035&Start=1&Sectionid=0&Form.Search=islandgraphics)

Very cool! The improvements are great and I wouldn't beat yourself up to much with your postwork, it's very good! Nice job!
Paul, Nathalie's right. Post work isn't everything and you've done extremely well considering that you never do it in the first place. This is incredibly original and I commend your choice of subject matter and your excellent execution. Great job!

I like the way it turned out....and wizards had to be young once, too. I like the improvements a lot.
This has turned out so great Paul, and I still think the fire is incredible, glad you kept him young...Alex
It all fits together so well! I agree about keeping him young. Maybe they wil grow old together! Very fine job, the fire turned out great
Fabulous image Paul! You've used the Dragon's Breath to amazing effect! Love it!
try copying bits of the beard texture to the chin area & use a bread morph to blur the chin line. & darken the eyebrow & lashes a shade or two (most blondes have facial hair darker than head hair, probably due to sun bleaching the head hair) love the dragonfire.
