A very popular spring holiday, Easter has roots not only in Jewish and Christian traditions, but also in ancient pagan beliefs. Although Easter is ostensibly viewed as a Christian holiday today, much of it is arguably more pagan than Christian — and many of the Christian elements have pagan parallels as well.Some Christians don’t celebrate Easter, believing that the Christian takeover of this pagan holiday resulted in an unacceptable adoption of pagan themes, beliefs, and practices. No matter what your belief, no matter what path you follow, no matter what faith, Creation should be celebrated in its myriad of forms. We don't have the answers, we probably never will, Faith is just that, Faith in the belief of something outside our own existence and the hope there is something that lays beyond the boundaries of our imagination.
