tout les villages de france ont leurs monuments aux morts de la guerre de 14,et des autres aussi,celui de joyeuse,en ardeche,a la particularite de montrer la douleur des parents,alors que la grande majorite a pour sujet la mort "glorieuse" des enfants!!

Tu as raison. C'est plus original et bien plus "touchant" que tous ces monuments dont la grandiloquence touche parfois au ridicule ( c'est le cas du monument aux morts de Lannemezan ).

je crois aussi que en france on respecte un peu plus les anciens combattants,pas comme aux etats unis ou ils peuvent crever dans la rue.

C'est presque religieux comme poses et comme expressions...il est vrai que l'homme n'a jamais hésité à faire la guerre avec l'appui de Dieu et ça continue ! En tout cas j'aime beaucoup cette photo de ce monument original. Avant-hier j'ai photographié un monument au sud de l'Isère représentant un poilu mais peint, avec l'uniforme bleu, c'est rare aussi.
