No, it's not "Chili" the model... (Scans the audience, points, waves.)
Well, I'm still using the "training wheels" but at least I'm off the tricycle for the moment. I made the cartoon image not by tracing, but only looking at Poser output. (Okay, there was some grid drawing involved...)
And it's inked using real ink! I'll admit that I was looking for the Undo button on my pen. One thing I do know is that drawing a straight line or curve is much easier on paper than it is on the computer. Unless someone has a spare Cintiq they'd like to give me? Ha ha.
Basically, I'm trying to nail down an appearance. My goal is to get a drawing where I can say "yes, that's it!" and then translate that into Anime Studio for a more reusable form. I think I'm going to work on a generic, starting-point female character.
Any advice, input, etc.? Please let me know.

Nice character, I like it!!!
Lmbo!!! No advice to give - just do your thing, it always turns out right anyway!
nice.
Can't help with advice, sorry; but I like what you're doing.
You're doing quite well! Keep on keeping on!
"I like the girl to the left - she's kissable, and hugable, and she's my favorite friend - DIDI! The right one, er, tastes dry paper and sticks in my throat. Makes me think of a cats hair balls." - T.Rex. Sounds like ol' T.Rex is hungry. Nice job on Didi's cartoon double, but, I still prefer the "real" (3D) Didi. Perhaps you will work in both worlds (3D and flat cartoon)? And some good news - I got a new graphics card and 3 Gb RAM installed in my home work station an hour ago, and it's functioning beautifully after having been un-useable for 6 weeks due to buned out graphics card. With twice the RAM, I hope to be able to make better images in 3D. WHOOPIE!
