...or Primal scream.. haha. My cat cracks me up. I was playing with my 2.8 100mm macro lens to see what else I can get it to do :P~ Looks like it can take a decent portrait. Since no one was around, my cat volunteered to model.
It's Friday.. It's 90F.. wish I was sitting on the beach!
My previous upload, "Sky Lines"... I thank you for looking/commenting/faves. You all are super :)
Hugs,
~Melinda~

What a perfect capture at the perfect moment. Awesome work Melinda
Oh Melinda, this is such a great shot!!! The lighting is beautiful!
Very impressive capture. So crisp and well timed.
quelle bete!!!!!!
This is great.. Nice work. :)
Or, The Cat That Roared, LOL! Great lighting and contrast in this shot of the kitty hamming it up, Melinda, and I especially like those scary fangs. And 90 degrees Fahrenheit up in Ontario. I think it was 88F around here.
Totally stellar work. The fangs are just amazing and its all so well focused - and I know the cat moves when it yawns. LOL Great piece of cat-mania -- very alive and vibrant.
Wow, this looks like one of those once in a lifetime sort of shots. You're kitty is just adorable, even with those big, sharp pearly whites.
Nice capture, and perfect title.
LOL!!! GREAT image.....lovely
lol What a capture! Sure it doesn't have a little viper in it? Lighting, composition, subject, detail all stellar!

great capture and very scary lol
hahaha this is fun cool shot
I feel like a mouse :)
Super catch and an amazing title. Dana
What a wonderful shot!!! I've tried (and failed) to get shots like this, usually because the kitties in question yawned quickly and then proceeded to either sniff the camera lens (producing cat-nose-shaped blurs) or they decided that it was time to roll around and act playful, thus producing cat-shaped blurs. At any rate, I have yet to capture a cooperative feline model. Oh well...I'll just sit back and enjoy the fruits of your efforts. I think you've found a new calling. This is an amazing kitty portrait and I love the title!!!
