it bothers me when I see cities using taxpayer money to purchase some overly expensive (modern art).Dallas has numerous things around the downtown.I doubt if many people are enticed to travel to some place just because of questionable art.the art museum has some wasted money art in the grass they are so good about wasting tax monies and then want to raise taxes because they can not pay teachers never the less you selected a fine pov and made it more interesting than it is in person more than likely
