Nice PG Danny you make Kara look good. I would only change one thing, your lights need to turn to match the background. Here's what I do: Create a very tiny primitive and set it to fully transparent, then parent your lights to that primitive, finally turn the primitive and tada, your lights rotate all at once while keeping their position in relation to one another. Give it a try and see what happens you should get waaay better light control.
