Hi all - I'm back! I'm visiting with my mom again but I wanted to post a picture I made yesterday of the fabulous Yumma by morghana. I thought she'd make a perfect sorceress. Here she is with her pet snake casting a spell. Special thanks to Propschick for letting me play with Merry hair. It comes with a cool scarf that has tons of fabric designs. Mom was doing really well today. She didn't say much but she was happy and she ate more than usual. That's a good thing for her. I think I live in crisis central. This week's crisis was my cat Fuzzer. He's 16 years old and my baby. He became very sick this week. We took him to the vet on Monday. They've done all kinds of tests on him - blood work, Xrays, glucose tests, etc. They've given him fluids and antibiotics. All they know is he has an infection but they don't know where and why his sugar levels are all over the place. He's had diabetes for a long while. But now he's hypoglycemic. Anyway, he's gone to the vet every day this week. He's going again tomorrow. I think the bill is approaching $1000. Ugh. Well, all I can do is try to stay positive - it's still one day at a time.
