Having yet another poch-potch week with a set a pictures which do not fit into any particular catagory. Here for your enjoyment is the USS Missouri.

She's quite high in the water (the red shouldn't be showing), but, appart from that, this is a fantastic photo, er, image! What really strikes the eye is that excellent job on the water. Can't understand why so few have looked or commented. Keep up the good work. :-)

Couple more of this from other angles would be nice to see too.
Too MUCH wake... she looks like a speed boat... even at flank speed, there wouldn't have been THAT much of a wake thrown up....
Now FitArtistSF this is the new rebuilt Missouri with nuclear power, hydrofoils and she's doing 60 knots. I think people get too persnickety when it comes to physics, this is art not physics class, if there were fairly large waves you could see a huge wake and see the lower parts of her hull anyway. I think a more interesting composition mite have had a more stormy sea, but all in all this isn't to bad a start, its hard to blend photo's and 3d in Poser and get it to look real.
Yeah it's amazing what those new turbo powered Cummings will do!!!!
