NASA Television will air a Mission Status Briefing with STS-133 Shuttle Flight Director Bryan Lunney at 4:30 p.m., or immediately following the standard welcome ceremony between the crews.
Later today, Alvin Drew, Eric Boe, Mike Barratt and Nicole Stott will use the shuttle and station robotic arms to remove the Express Logistics Carrier 4 from the shuttle payload bay and attach it to the right hand side of the station’s truss, or backbone.
During space shuttle Discovery's final spaceflight, the STS-133 crew members will take important spare parts to the International Space Station along with the Express Logistics Carrier-4.
Steve Bowen replaced Tim Kopra as Mission Specialist 2 following a bicycle injury on Jan. 15 that prohibited Kopra from supporting the launch window. Bowen last flew on Atlantis in May 2010 as part of the STS-132 crew. Flying on the STS-133 mission will make Bowen the first astronaut ever to fly on consecutive missions.

Excellent! Almost the end of an era!
SUPERB shuttle render, Real! Looks awesome! I was watching the astronauts moving around in the station a little while ago. It's fascinating to think we can get on the internet and see what's going on in space. We've truly come a long way. I'm sad to see the shuttle program coming to an end.
Nice work and info.

Magik, este es una maravillosa imagen usted creó a mi amigo. Parece ser la nave espacial en la órbita. Las noticias de NASA son emocionantes
setats detinu??? It sounds familiar, but not - lol.... cool picture, just need to do some flipp'n.
Fantastic work as always, my friend, so realistic!
Excellent
What a piece of work this is, and what a tribute. The "manned" aspect of the US-American space program draws to a close and Discovery is on its way to a museum now. I guess US-American astronauts (if we still have any) are gonna have to hitch rides with the Russians...how ironic! Kinda funny! As for this image, I love the realism, the details and the over all "Glory days of NASA" feeling this has. It's super work. I like it a lot.
FANTASTIC.
cool stuff
