Description
The 1931 Duesenberg sedan is my favorite of all the old classic cars. Sorry for the velvet ropes in the foreground but who knew, in 1998, that I would be posting on RR. Thanks Renderocity!
Part of the display, at the Imperial Palace Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada. This collection was displayed on the top level of a parking garage behind the hotel.
Photo taken April 1998 - with a hand held film camera and recently scanned.
Thanks for stopping by, taking a look and for all your previous comments.
They are very much appreciated.

As far as I'm aware there is only one of these cars in the UK and it's a 1931 Duesenberg Model J Derham Bodied Tourster! It can be found at the Haynes International Motor Museum, Sparkford, Yeovil, Somerset. Lets face it, they are fantastic motor cars, but probably more closely related to anything with a truck chassis than most automobiles! Must have been a major inspiration to the artists that drew cars for the Wacky Races cartoon series.
I want one.
Wonderful car and shot! :o)
