A fantastic find, capture and share. Chock full of seed and just the right touch of postwork. Dana
Fantastic capture, and it does appear that is what is is asking for ;)
such beautiful an artist nature is.fortunate you were there to capture it
Looks like Datura to me. Member of the nightshade family and highly toxic but intensely beautiful.
Thank you DanaPommet, Magnus, RichardPhotos and MrsLubner. :) No idea what the plant was, so thanks for telling me. :) Just thought it looked interesting enough for a macro. ;)
That's one evil looking pod creature. Datura, isn't that a pschotropic plant? Great capture and postwork.
It looks like the beastie has eaten to overflowing now LOL! Amazing detail on your carnivorous friend not from Wegerzyn.
Thank you, Popeslattz and Shari. :)
Voilà une image qui ne manque pas de piqué (désolé, je ne pouvais pas l'éviter !). C'est vrai qu'on dirait le bec ouvert d'un oiseau. Bien vu.
Excellent shot of this! Love your title! ;o)

Wonderful!!! Very interesting plant. It looks as if it is offering you a treat but those spikes will keep you from getting too greedy. :) Gorgeous shot.
